Just called because my doctor asked me to call around to pharmacies looking for a certain med. whoever answered was VERY rude and I could not believe the way she spoke to me. I do not recommend using this pharmacy ever.

I’ve been with Walsh’s pharmacy for a few years now and that’s why I’m giving Walsh pharmacy one star for the fact that they have someone in the office picking up phone calls and hanging up on people I really wish they would fire that person because it’s obvious that they don’t want to work and this isn’t the first time they have done that it’s been several times already , you have females picking up the phone asking what prescriptions you need filled only to transfer the call to joshua with out letting him know what to refill so I have to explain myself all over again, but this pharmacy also plays the blame game when they don’t follow up with doctors for prescriptions after supposedly sending faxes over that my doctor never received so which caused me to be left w/o meds for a month and only when I called upset to both doctor and pharmacy did they get on the same page. I stay with this pharmacy for the delivery option only nothing more .. this pharmacy needs a whole new team of caring people and people wanting to do their jobs .. if I find another pharmacy that delivers you best believe Im going with them til then I’m stuck with these unprofessionals

I love Walsh Pharmacy. I'm caregiver for my elderly mother, and previously, her medications were through Wal-Mart. And I understand the crazy amount of customers they have to keep up with, but I grew tired of always running into issues or delays regarding my mother's medications.And my employer suggested I switch to Walsh Pharmacy instead. And so I did, and I'm SO glad I did. I never have any issues, the pharmacists are always pleasant and very helpful. I don't spend any more than a minute or two on the phone, they happily refill any prescriptions I call in, and deliver it to my home either THAT day or the next.I would recommend Walsh Pharmacy to anybody and everybody. I'm very pleased with their business!
