When I started at vitality in 2017 I needed a serious health change and didn't know where to start . I didn't even know what a burpee was and was nervous I wouldn't be able to do anything . But I showed up every day . I couldn't do everything , but there were accommodations. I never felt like I didn't belong . 6 years later I have lost 40lbs and kept it off , I am stronger and healthier than ever, my two daughters have joined me , and I have gained some of the best friends I have from this gym. The COMMUNITY this gym offers is like no other . The trainer is ok too lol . If you're looking to become the best version of you this is the place ! It's NOT just a ninja gym.

Best place to get in a gritty workout with other hard workers. It's clear the results work with multiple powerlifting winning athletes, top American Ninja Warrior athletes, and your average joe staying fit. Mental strength will probably grow more than anything here. Daily workouts provided for various fitness goals. Typically dogs also attend (example in photos)

Vitality is the best gym around. Since joining in 2020 following a serious accident I have seen my health, strength, cardio, and self confidence improve beyond what I thought was possible. Jordan is so knowledgeable and creates the most effective workout programs. He creates a variety of different programs too depending on what your ultimate goals are. The results you will see joining vitality will speak for themselves! Aside from how fantastic of a coach he is, the community he has been able to build here is amazing. I can confidently say vitality is stuck with me for the long haul as I can’t imagine going to another gym, and if you want to invest in yourself you should sign up because I promise you’ll achieve the results your looking for!!

My son has gone here since he was 6 ( he’s now 12) and I cannot commend Jordan (the coach) enough! From day one he is always there for the kids. He has long days being there for all their classes (on top of adult classes) and then he spends most of his weekends hosting or going to their competitions. There is not only a sincere dedication to supporting the kids and helping them develop but he is also a great coach with attention to detail and technicality of the sport. I cannot thank him enough for all he does and going above and beyond!!

This is by far the best gym I have ever belonged to. The workouts and nutritional counseling are phenomenal! It’s family friendly. My kids can do classes while I workout which is amazing as a busy working mom. Jordan and his staff are dedicated to their adult and kid clients. 10/10 would recommend!!

Have been an active member since 2017. Don’t let the word obstacle scare you away. This gym has a great functional training program that is designed to match any skill level. Finally, the owner, Jordan, adds personality that you won’t soon forget. Great place for kids and adults. Definitely check it out

Had my son’s 5th birthday party here - 15 five year olds. Was concerned whether kids would be engaged and have the chance to be active enough. It was perfect! The instructors somehow kept them interested, the kids had fun and they probably all fell asleep early that night. They were also flexible to what we needed and were able to shuffle the plan based on their “read of the room”. Would definitely recommend for young or older kids. It’s a great space. If your looking to cater the party - Panera in North Dartmouth did an excellent job!

We just had our sons 6th birthday at Vitality today. The gym was wonderful, and Jade was an awesome instructor with the kids. They did some obstacle courses, had some competitions, and I am pretty sure every child left with a smiling face. We came from Rumford, and will definitely be back.
