Went to Verizon to inquire about a promotion. Spoke to Lucky, he was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. When I decided which direction I was going to go, he started to take care of me and in between taking care of several customers that had come into the store. That's what I call "multitasking ".
Lucky is an amazing person.
