Excellent service. Ashley was super responsive and efficient. She found glass for my 2006 Odyssey when no one else could and she and the techs were very flexible about scheduling. The techs did a great job and were pleasant guys. Really good company. Highly recommend.

Universal auto glass hands down is the best auto glass service in New England. My car was done on the same day of my service. The staff was very professional And it was very easy to make an appointment. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs auto glass repair.

Absolutely amazing service!! Super friendly, easy to work with guys! If you need either windshield replacement these are the guys for the job! The owner himself went over the basics with us about the windshield, made it very understandable just all all together great guy, we weren’t there for even an hour and it was done. Definitely will be coming to these guys if i ever have an issue again.

Soo my windshield was smashed and in less then 24hrs it was fixed Thankx to UAG.. and u was able to wait for it to get finished and that didn't take long either.. Thank you guys so much!!!

Called Universal to get a windshield installed, and it was done within 48 hours. It was a seamless process from the start. Kerrie helped me get through the insurance process right over the phone, and Alex and Richie did a great job with the install. Universal Auto Glass is the way to go!

At first I called Safelite because of their marketing and they are so well known. However my first call to them was Saturday and I have been trying to reach them via their website ever since until yesterday October 19th Wednesday.I was so disgusted by not being able to reach a human being and being forced to use the website, which is no problem at all but I really had a question other than the two choices given on the website before you could move forward.Then, Universal Auto Glass in Fall River was highly recommended to me and I'm so glad I called them! They came up to Randolph Massachusetts the very next day (today Thursday the 20th) and right on time, too. Being on time is not always easy to do because they could run into other problems along the way. But I am so appreciative! They did a fantastic job, they were friendly and personable and very professional. I will never call Safelite again. Did I say call? You can't reach him by phone even on the 800 number. No, I will never try to connect with them via their website ever again - not if I'm forced to wait 5 days and STILL not hear from them!!Definitely call universal Auto Glass at 508-672-770!!!

I needed a windshield for my car to be inspected and it was the last day of the month when I called. They were able at 4pm to order the windshield and was available to install at their location on a Saturday at 7:30am. They did a good job. I have no complaints so far and they were not only the people who could do it the quickest, but also had the lowest price as well. Would recommend.

Customer service was excellent both on the phone and in person. They showed up on time and the technician was very professional and courteous.
