The kid they have running the store is gross. Has a cat lingering around the store. He’s always on his phone and just all over the place. No customer service skills what so ever! Where is the OWNER? This place has gone down hill since this kid appeared!

Says they open for 7:00 and they are still closed. If you’re going to yell at your customers in their reviews then change the signs to reflect the correct hours. People can complain to the City because your hours say 7 AM to 9 PM. That is the hours of operation on your Google and is the hours of operation on your door. It does not matter what it says for pick up. Fix hours of operations.

Went to stop in and try to grab some snack, before work. They're not open. I dont know who confirmed the convenient store is open at seven, but this isn't correct. I'm not talking about the UPS stuff, I just wanted some arrudas milk and chips *shrugs* oh well

The cashier withheld a package of materials for school students because he had the wrong name on the online list. I had the tracking #, license, proof of payment, and proof it was in the store. I literally saw the box and now my students go without because common sense is harder than doing the right thing. I basically got a $92 package stolen right in front of my face
