This is truthfully the worst bank I have ever worked with. I am not exaggerating that every aspect of there services have been a very poor experience. For example, you cannot e-deposit more than 2K at a time, were other online banks will allow up to 50K deposits remotely. This bank is just not able to keep up with other banks with technology and services. I have had a few tellers that have refused to do more than one transaction when I have gone into the bank to deposit/ transfer money. I have also had tellers that have been incredibly rude and unprofessional. For example, not being discrete with personal account information. I was inquiring about a recent overdraft on my account. The teller started explaining to me in a rude tone what a overdraft means. And I explained I knew what an overdraft was, I would just wanted to know what purchase made me go over and what my current amount in the account was at the time because I wasn't expecting to overdraft. The teller was so loud that the entire bank could hear that I overdrafted and where the purchase was made and it was very uncomfortable. There is very little to no rewards with the credit cards they offer, and it is very difficult to catch fraud charges on credit cards. You have to call the bank for your current balance (which won't update instantly, it usually takes a few days to a week to update your current balance. Also, when you call to inquire about credit cards it will give you the dollar amount and the date the transaction occurred. It will not tell you what merchant the purchase came from which makes it incredibly difficult to track fraud. Moving on to the app. The app is awful. There are a few features that are absolutely useless like your "weekly" spending category section. The calculations are very off and no were near accurate. They give very low interest on savings accounts as well. This bank gives Credit Unions a bad name, and I would much prefer working with an actual established bigger bank than work with this bank again. I can't wait to switch over to another bank.

My wife and I wanted to say thank you to the Alltrust the Fall River Branch. We are simply amazed how efficient Alltrust is. They made the loan process so easy to complete and was great to deal with.

Disappointed that I have on 3 occasions attempted to become a member. 3 visits and no one could open accounts for me. I tried and now I will move on. If you are not going to have employees at your offices to assist then maybe you need to think before running specials.

Actually not bad now it’s all trust, rough patches for some locals who have come to expect the best from the SJB days , I for one ! But now that the dust has settled its a friendly environment with knowledgeable staff and great services.

Horrible service. If they didn't have good rates, I would've gone elsewhere. Complete waste of time doing any business with them, as they don't answer or return calls/e-mails. Been getting the run-around for nearly 2 weeks now just to purchase a vehicle.

This credit union has been the family credit union for a long time..over 50 years probably. There has been recent changes and I recently met the new branch manager whose very nice ( the last was also nice but retired). When there are changes it takes time for the new person/people to implement things that work perhaps more efficiently, bring things up to date if needed, finding the right staff who can "hustle" and work good together, etc etc etc. I just hope the people at the top, above the branch managers of any bank/credit union, dont micromanage and let the new manager of this branch have say in how things roll out. There has been a noticeable decline at this credit union over the years, I witnessed myself and others have mentioned to me as well, but now it could be a fresh new start ( much needed because the old generation of customers who have kept this branch going for so many years are agin and dying off) and the new generation will want/expect changes ( speed of the tellers being a significant one as this young generation is all about in and out and speed). So...I give 5 stars because everyone needs to give those with the power to do so, time to work out some glitches and make proper changes they see fit. Again..the changes of staff and management here has been significant within the last month. Give them a chance.

Horrible horrible customer service since Marcel, Diana, and Ana left. I have not had time but as soon as i do i plan to close my acct there and go elsewhere because it's just been that bad.

They have great rates but terrible customer service and the worst underwriting department I have ever had to deal with. 30 years in business and never had banks ask for such random documents repeating the information already submitted. Never anyone answering their phones, and most often no call back. 7 days to process a new car loan and we went back to dealership who matched the rate and approved loan in 1 hour. Sad when small local banks make the big guys look good. Try and give business to my community but not worth the hassle. Epic fail Southern Mass! Hope management reads this.

They have great rates but so it worth it. A 2018 vehicle with 39 miles on it is a "used car" I've had so many loans here but now they want all this extra documents. There's never anyone to wait on you. It used to be such a good place to bank now it's like any big bank but without any of the convenience or competence.
