Made a 3:10 appointment online… still in the waiting room two hours later unseen. They let you book appointments online but then take walks on & overbook themselves all day. Just beware of time.

I was highly impressed with this urgent care. I scheduled an appt at the desk for the next day and was seen immediately on time. All staff was kind and knowledgeable. The NP Sarah Sullivan was exceptional. Thank you Southcoast!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They purposefully jack up their wait times. Today they said the wait was 5 hours. This is to discourage patients when they are busy. The staff is indifferent. Clearly here passing time with no actual care for other human beings. After waiting two hours and being called while in the bathroom, where I did answer the phone to say I would be out shortly, I was told I was now at the back of the line. I asked how many more hours it would be then and was told 'who knows'. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else.

For whatever reason they said they didn't accept my insurance. So after waiting I had to go elsewhere. I've never experienced this problem before. Frustrating. Especially when yoir not feeling well and your Primary Care provider is closed for holiday.

I was diagnosed with Lyme disease here, saw the doctor for about 10 minutes and a lab test was done to confirm. I was billed $1200 for that, my insurance covered $800, leaving me a $400 bill to be seen for a few minutes and have one lab test done, absolutely ridiculous!

Medical care was efficient and thorough. I want to give more stars for the medical assistant and the follow up after receiving test results. I felt like my questions were all addressed. However, the experience was so miserable due to extended wait times both before being seen and then again while waiting for test results. I was so sick and miserable and no effort was made to make patients comfortable at any point in the process. Overall, the entire experience took 4 hours and basically I received a Covid test, flu test and throat culture. It seems like the process could be streamlined.

Saw a nurse practitioner, not a DR. 2+ hours waiting in a room full of people with respiratory illnesses when I came in with physical injuries felt disgusting. Older medical assistant is coughing, sick, and still working. Nurse practitioner was rushing me through the appointment, and rude/matronly.

Waited 3 hours in waiting room , then another hour in patient room . So 4 hours to be seen …show up at 11 don’t get seen by 3 you won’t leave till 4 FYI they’re open 9-5 on Saturdays so I can’t imagine they see many patients a day at that rate .just go to the hospital it’ll be faster .the staff was SUPER NICE THOUGH .

The staff was friendly but if I could leave zero stars I would. I came in early and sat for over an hour after checking in to be told my insurance wasn't accepted. I understood and was more than happy to pay for the visit and then was told with my type of insurance I couldn't pay out of pocket... I offered to pay cash upfront just to be treated and was rejected because my insurance Ithen had to sit at the ER with a swollen eye for additional time to be treated.

I went to urgent care for a painful ear infection. This place was busy. The staff were very polite. John, one of the nurse practitioners, was able to help me. I had all my questions answered and they helped me get in contact with the office I would need for further care. Thank you so much to the staff. I appreciate staff and all of their work.

First off, I was there this past Saturday right at 9 am. I was one of the first patients seen and was taken into the office 20 after 9. They ran the tests that they needed to and one of my tests was going to take 40 minutes so the NP said I could leave and they would call me but mentioned nothing about someone beginning the check out process. By this time I was already there 1 hour and 45 minutes for a strep, flu and Covid test. I proceeded to go to the desk to ask if I could leave and they asked if the doctor had seen me yet which I hadn’t. While having the conversation with the lady at the desk and hearing nothing about my results, the same NP that said I could leave and doctor were chatting it up and laughing behind the woman at the desk. They said I couldn’t leave without seeing the doctor. I went back into the room to which not even 3 minutes later another nurse asked if I had gotten swabbed yet after getting swabbed 3 times already at this point 2 hours ago with still no results. The doctor finally made her way in told me my results and mentioned they were going to send my strep test for a culture and my results would be on my MyChart. I am presuming my test was never sent for a culture as nothing was on my MyChart. However in my MyChart, they wrote me down as “obese” as a young woman who is 5’2 at 114lbs. I have been this weight for 2 years now and have never been told I was obese. They gave me a prescription for amoxicillin if my culture test came up positive but then proceeded to say “to take it anyway even if it’s negative” while I am 8 weeks pregnant and shouldn’t be taking medication for strep if I don’t have it. All in all I was there for 3 hours. VERY UNORGANIZED and no sense of compassion to their patients. NP Caitlin and Doctor Assistant Jennifer Lussier were the two people I saw this day.Take the drive to Dartmouth Urgent Care. This Fall River location is HORRIBLE

Came in with an ear infection Joan at the front was the least compassionate person I ever met she told me to come back tomorrow because they were closing soon. If you’re looking for caring and compassionate staff you won’t find them here.

Was there on Monday. Waited 2 hours. The nurse didn’t room me properly. Then I waited in the room to be seen for over an hour just to have a doctor spend 20 minutes with me. Then fought with me over an illegitimate work note

I made my appt online 2 days prior to Sunday's available appointment. I had a male (sorry I don't have your name but he was the initial intake w blood pressure, symptoms etc. Great personality and knows how to put patient at ease. My PA whom diagnosed me and wrote antibiotic prescription was very thorough and professional. I would def return should I need urgent care in the future. Thank you to Christopher Caissie for doing a fine job and taking good care of me. He is very friendly, kind and thorough. These are the attributes we are all looking for, and he should be commended. Thank You very much!
