ATM down all Easter weekend. Next bank is Dartmouth or Swansea. St Anne's Credit Union is looking really good right now! Considering switching tomorrow so I csn deposit my money and save it. CANT do that if I can't deposit money when I need to! BAD FOR SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS!!!

The ATM never works. ATM has been out of service all Easter weekend since Friday. Staff at the bank keep putting service calls in for the machine but it's only up for a few hours at a time. After dealing with this since the other location in Fall River has closed, I'm changing banks! Now, I'm incurring overdraft fees because I couldn't make it to the next bank 2 towns over on a holiday weekend! Santander used to be a good bank! The staff are amazing! The ATM sucks! Put a 2nd ATM on location!

The slowest staff ever. Sat in the drive thru for a good 30 minutes even after speaking to a teller about withdrawing money. Idk where they went to get it but it took way too long.

Slow staff even after closing there other branches in the city, one of the few banks that charges a fee to cash checks drawn on their own system. Also ask for your phone number to cash a check on top of your other forms of id. Save yourself aggravation and get chime or a local credit union

This branch is extremely frustrating.Their ATM does not work for check deposits every first and second of the month.Their mobile app has a low deposit limit, which I can’t ever use.I can’t deposit my paycheck and it’s just ridiculous.The manager could not care less about my complaints or requests to raise the limit on my mobile deposit.Kinda of a useless bank.
