If I could give zero, I would.The customer was horrible, @739pm on Tuesday, 18 April 2023. The shelves were not well stocked, and they did not even acknowledge me or ask did I need help, after I walked in and said hello. I HAD TO GREET THEM, AND WAS IGNORED! I wish they had not closed the Middletown, RI store. It was awesome never going back. I will go to ULTA, at least the care about their customers.

Ember spitefully discounted the cheapest product I bought. ( as supposed to be the entire purchase ) because I wanted a sale honored that was displayed. They literally couldn't do a simple thing that wouldn't have made a difference to anyone if it was just done correctly. Do better bro

I came there to buy something that should have been there. But I find out that they don't carry hair serum.. or loreal products.. and alot of shelves were empty. I'll shop at Amazon for hair now the employee was very rude too.

Was just there on Thursday, while the lady helping me out was very nice, I was given the wrong volume creme and wrong type of dye for my highlights. Didn't realize until I used it, so there goes $16 down the drain. So moral of the story: double check what you need. ?

I have been a customer at Sally's for about 16 years and I have never in my entire life experienced such an akward situation as the one I had to go through last Wednesday. As I was standing in line to cash out, I placed my hand inside of my purse to get the money when I was falsely accused of being stealing from them. I, of course opened my purse and proved them wrong as the employee was extremely rude embarrassing me in front of everyone. My friends then called the cops to make sure the situation didn't escalate to a bigger issue and it was reported correctly. I'm extremely disappointed with the way I was treated and will never go back to that place again.
