Customer service was beyond expected. Associates helped with every step of purchase, warranty, fueling, and a parking lot demonstration on how to use the new STIHL blower/sprayer. Highly recommend you don’t see service like this anymore! Matt was the associate that needs the credit for going beyond.

The workers here are great and so helpful. I needed keys made. Chad is the one that makes keys here. It took him about a minute to make the keys. He did a great job and was very friendly and helpful. The cashier was also great. I wish I could remember his name. They have a large variety of many different things there from gardening to lighting to cleaning supplies. If you have never been there it's worth it to give the store a try!!!

I have a question instead! Whats going on here!? Always short staffed, even prepandemic, and absolutely no one is trained properly. The prices are through the roof, and I'm frustrated because I've been going here forever! My last visit was decent but again, literally only 2 people on floor and they are always in the back room. Doing what!? Who knows! So you stand there and wait for them to reappear. Not cool! Slightly better recently but still a weird vibe in this place.

This store has always been so proudful they greet you at entrance always the manager jean is such a good guy i was looking for a bulb and i wanted a led one i had a non led he explained to me y they dont make them anymore thats why i couldnt find them nowhere sure enough he got one for me at a great price and it was an led so far i have been let down anytime im looking for something thanks jean and his stuff are great

Purchased the Stihl 261c and forestry axe from Matt @ Ace Fall River. Long story short, the axe head snapped off and after a short phone call, Matt had a brand new axe waiting with my name on it. He adhered to Stihl warranty and with 0 delay (outside of uncontrolled circumstances) I was back to splitting that day. Matt knows Stihl.As far as the 261c: owning a chainsaw is the same as owning a gun. They both can bite back with devastating consequences. Very few if any I’d trust with either but I would trust Matt to fix my chainsaw. The great part is 6 months and many trees later, it’s still running without issue.

If you want customer service and need help with something take the time to drive to Ace on the other end of the city. No one wants to be bothered here including management. You can tell this Ace location is part of a big chain.
