The people working at this bank should be more friendly with customer. They should improve with customer service. When I get in there the way they talk is giving attitude. Most of them is a old lady that working there and they not nice at all, wasn’t helpful.

The blonde older lady was extremely rude. Took everything in me not to cuss her out. There’s a certain way you treat people and the way this lady did wasn’t that way.

This is by far the best bank ive ever had in the city and im glad i switched from bank5 to them. Paypal got hacked and account was in negative and rockland trust took care of it immediately even when paypal didnt. When i got hit with overdraft fee they reversed it (rarely happens but people make mistakes). Checking and savings account are 100% free and never got hit with any hidden fees or monthly fees. Everytime i go to my bank or call customer service they are always so polite and professional.

That entrance off Stevens Street is dangerous. Your customers don't use their signals to go in and it's too close to a major intersection.

Worse bank in the city, if I could give it no stars I would! 9 out of 10 times the ATM doesnt work and some of the employees are horrible! I get better service from my dogs groomer than at this bank.
