Fantastic and friendly people. As far as the bank itself , terrible. I just found out I was charged 1.75 cents to check my balance at a ATM . Could you possibly be any greedyer , glad I wasn't on vacation and checking it all the time ,if you really need that amount of money it's scary that your in business. And buy the way not the cheapest place to reorder checks. If they paid me as much as the bill me ,my savings account would be fat.

Best bank. No fees, no problems. Always amazing customer service. I've had an over draft fee here and there due to my own error and they always reverse it and refund the fee back when I call and apologize. I think they allow forgiveness of those a couple times which is so nice. I've been to bank five and citizens and they never give forgiveness for those fees even when one time it was bank 5s error. So I really appreciate and love this bank. I'll never go elsewhere. I recommend them to everyone.

Waited in line for about 30-40 minutes for a notary, just for them to tell me i had to wait another 15 minutes for them to meet with the other people in line. Mind you there was about 10-15 people in line and three people working. It was my turn to be met with and they decided to take up everyone one else and their momma rather than just walking toward the customer service and giving me a notary which probably would’ve taken like 10 minutes. The service at this bank is absolutely horrible and the people who had gotten there way later than me were met with first than i was??. I recommend for people to not open accounts with this bank and i plan on canceling my account soon.

I recently had a problem with Debit card fraud. The took care of everything. Had a new card to be picked up the same day. Great local bank

I have been a customer of Rockland trust, and prior to that, Slades Ferry Trust for 40 years. My only issue is not having enough customer service people for “bill pay” questions.

This is by far the best bank ive ever had in the city and im glad i switched from bank5 to them. Paypal got hacked and account was in negative and rockland trust took care of it immediately even when paypal didnt. When i got hit with overdraft fee they reversed it (rarely happens but people make mistakes). Checking and savings account are 100% free and never got hit with any hidden fees or monthly fees. Everytime i go to my bank or call customer service they are always so polite and professional.

I Have been doing banking in Fall River for 20 years this November when I bought a house around the corner from this Rockland trust Branch. At the time there was only bank in the neighborhood so I just opened an account there. It was ok I guess. Never really compared it against any other until I opened an account for a credit line with a national bank (Headquartered in Spain) with a Main St branch. It too was Meh, but the rate or something must have been attractive at the time. I can’t remember......and that’s just it! I don’t remember. I met Lisa at a networking event and she did a little elevator speech. I was contemplating a new bank for an account I wanted to open for a new home to keep them separate. I popped in and Lisa opened the account and explained it all to me and helped me get my mobile account going (which she probably didn’t have to do and I should have been able to do myself lol) But she did... after a couple visits it was sinking in that these folks were “allowed” to be a little more normal and friendly with customers. Way less stiff than any other bank I’d been in. I mean where else would a bank teller sing “Mr Crowley” to me.
