I recently visited this gas station during the night shift and had an extremely disappointing experience. The staff member working at the time was rude and disrespectful, which made the visit unpleasant. As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy, and unfortunately, that was not the case. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve customer service during the night shift.

No public toilets despite it being a requirement of petrol stations/convenience stores of this size. Why the local government allows so many Fall River businesses to get away with this frankly baffles me.

Been trying to make a complaint. The guy that works at night is super rude and disrespectful. It’s 15 mins before closing the store and he tells us to get out the store and talking like we are trash I’m a nurse and my husband works for the city . We just moved to the city and not a good look. He’s ignorant and I’ve been trying to complain but he tells me he runs the place. Honestly I’m going to call the BBB. They say they close at 1am but we’re kicking us out at 12:45. Who does that ! Pure laziness! Everyone but him are cool he is the only one and unfortunately with my husband and I work schedule we bump into his disrespectful ignorant self all the time. It’s funny because we go there in sweat pants and just corner store attire and he treats us like losers because the way we dress and honestly it makes me sick to my stomach I bet if I showed up in my nurses scrubs with my badge I would get a different kind of person but it shouldn’t be that way. Something needs to be done and trust me I will make it happen one way or another.

Poor customer service clerk needs to learn some manners.The customers always right not in this place they keep insultingyou while your asking a question first time there and last time.I'll drive out of way next time.

The bald guy was very welcoming. He was knowledgeable about the different types of gasoline and helped me make the best decision for my Subaru. I would shop here again.

So apparently this location doesn’t allow paying customers to utilize the restroom after 6pm due to store policy. First time and for the reason listed is the reason for the very dissatisfied rating.
