Had a hard time at first when I had my meds transferred to this pharmacy.1. didn't answer phone calls.I had to show....... up a couple of times a day to get my meds.

Just terrible service...lengthy phone menu, then nobody answers for 20 minutes, the person that does answer is not the person you selected, transfer and wait again...unprofessional every time you have to reach them

Conveniently located (e.g., near Bristol, Roger Williams University), Rite Aid provides a range of essential products and services. As of my recent discovery, I have especially remained thankful for their pharmacy and medical expertise. Their support means the world for our community, our support of Rite Aid empowers our neighbors. Happy New Year ??

I've been going to Rite-Aid ever since I started getting scripts when I was younger. All my kids got scripts here as do my siblings, many friends and neighbors. Especially the one at 1024 S. Main st. Fall River, MA.

Every pharmacy is getting ridiculous. They all have bankers hours now & pharmacist takes 3 hours to fill a prescription that takes 2 mins to count out while getting paid $30 something an hour. Pathetic.Be sure to fill up all your stuff 3 days in advance they need the time apparently.

Definitely My favorite store to go shop at employee Named Jennifer is such a sweetheart, kind hearted, and welcoming individual and I absolutely love her customer service every time I go look forward to seeing her. Thank you Jen for being such a amazing person ❤️

I always go to the Rite Aid at 1024 S. Main St. in Fall River. I've lived in Fall River for 12years and that's the only pharmacy I go to. I love the workers. They are very respectful and great workers. They treat tho patrons in the neighborhood like family members as far as how caring and friendly they are. The pharmacist are the same way. Always very professional and curtiius, Always good about having your prescriptions filled at the time given. They're great about calling my Drs. Office if I need a refill if I need one. Louisa who is one of the Pharmacist there ALWAYS makes sure that I'm up to date on all my shots. Louisa and Ellen the other Pharmacist along with the Techs are awesome!!! I love everyone at Rite Aid

Everytime I call they either keep you on hold or they hang up on you. Why be a pharmacy if they keep doing that.

My father received two boxes of rite aid products as gift from family, didn't need them yet Rite aid won't even return it for credit even though there not open. They wouldn't answer the phone so we had to drive over 20 miles to get to the now closest one and they are rude and customer oriented.
