Richard is polite, professional, and does excellent work in a timely manner. He took on the work for my car despite the insurance company and low ball quote mess I was left with and advocated for me when the parts they located were trash. I put off repairs for a while because it’s always hard to trust someone with your car and, at least for me, not be intimidated at a shop. This was the exception to the rule.Services: Body & Trim

Very pleasant to deal with. Richard was very nice and professional. My car was fixed sooner the I expected and he even cleaned the inside of my car some which is greatly appreciated! Wasn't expecting that! Highly recommend them!

I recently had Richard’s Auto Body complete some body work on my Nissan Altima. They did a great job with the repairs and my car looks brand new again. The timeframe from the point of estimate to the point of completion was quick, professional, and smooth. The pricing was reasonable as well. I will definitely be recommending Richard’s Auto Body to friends and family in the south eastern Fall River/ Massachusetts area

I had some body work done on my car recently and it came out GREAT! The whole process was professional, reasonably priced, quick, and they met my needs as far as coordinating the best day and time to complete the job. I highly recommend this shop and the staff were kind during all interactions. I will be recommending them to family and friends in the future.
