Had such a bad experience on a bulk order with customer service representative Cherie Tuttle. She was unable to answer questions about the items I was interested in purchasing so I ordered them elsewhere. Maybe needs to be retrained?

While the products are good quality, it is easier to simply order through Amazon. Dealing with this company’s customer service is neither enjoyable nor easy.

I had trouble placing my order from the get-go and it wasn't until after I had to call Rhode Island Novelty to get my address to correctly show up in my account, that I was able to place my order. (This was quite a hassle to begin with, so the red flags should've went up then & there.) I ordered a package of 100 rubber ducks and when they arrived, I received only 97 in the box. (I was doing a promotion with my business that was awarded 100 winners, so I thought this would be perfect, and now I have to go find three more to make my contest to be as advertised at my event.) I first wrote an e-mail, which was never acknowledged, and so I called customer service to inquire about getting the missing ducks. I was told that they could not send me the missing items and that they would just refund my credit card for the missing items. I still haven't gotten my refund as of yet (and it's been a week since I contacted them.) Will probably not order from again if this is their standard practice of doing business.

I ordered items from RI several times and have had an ok experience previously. This time, not at all! I ordered items that were battery operated that did not work, and the toys were filthy. I asked for a refund and return label, and the rep said she would replace the items and check them personally to ensure they were okay. I received the replacements, and they were the same as before. I sent them three separate messages through their site on their contact page asking for a refund or credit and a return label to return the items to them. Not only have they ignored me, but I am also unable to message them on Facebook, so I am assuming I may be blocked. Update: I was refunded but customer service can do better.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I'm a latina woman who recently came to the USA to start a new life. Because of this, I decided to buy a small gift for myself because I was proud of myself. They didn't have the plush I wanted so they said they could get it from the back. They grabbed the wrong one and I politely corrected them. They began all screaming at me and eventually called ICE after finding out about my story. They then proceeded to find the correct plush and give it to a white woman. Horrible.

They sent me the wrong item and they were not willing to take it back and replace it with the right item or give me credit. I have been a long time customer of them. I would have appreciated a little customer courtesy after giving them so much business.

Be aware the flyer they sent with reduced price!! They do not accept same price when call for an order by giving excuse of price went up before the last day mention in flyer/catalog. Worst customer services at all!

Be aware what they send you price in flyer (Fall 2021 Medical Edition), they charge you more than it is listed in it. Excuse given to me was they got it in more price and have to charge us more even though it is listed in catalog.
