Buyer beware. This isn't Lowes. From my experience, it seems like a place commercial property developers save money. I've shopped in-store and it reminds me of Spagg's or Grossman's Outlet, if you recall them. This is moderated opinion, as my last one was unnecessary angry. I have had a very bad experience with a single window from Crystal Windows and Doors and my contractor, this vendor, and that manufacturer dont seem the least bit interested in the problems we encountered. Wonderful! I ordered the window in June 2023 and it came with the seals in the wrong place and fun house grills going every which-a-way. Everyone's full of excuses. The truck hit pot holes... I couldn't call you because.... I’ve had all I can take with substandard products and people who refuse responsibility. I couldn't recommend my contractor, this vendor, nor the window manufacturer based on this truly horrid experience. I have to rip all the siding off my addition and start over and nobody seems to give a shi#.

I would like to thank Peter of Remodelers Outlet for handling a situation recently where a cabinet was broken, no fault of theirs, and needed quick replacement. He was quick, thorough, responsive and came through in the clutch to meet a very important deadline we had. When everything goes right it's easy for a company to receive a five-star review. But the best companies still get the five-star review even when something goes wrong. As a small business owner I can say Remodeler's Outlet gave me the kind of service that I tried to give all of my clients as well. We ordered a door online after calling to confirm it was available and undamaged. The person we spoke with assured me they had the door available and in good condition and that it was best to order it online. I asked if they would hold it for one-two weeks for us to come pick up and they said yes. Two days later, I received a phone call to ask if we had picked up the door we purchased -- we had not. They could not find the door anywhere in the store. We believe they sold the door out from under us, despite us having purchased it online. They were not apologetic, and offered nothing to make up for the experience. They did refund our money, but we will not be shopping here again.

The most unprofessional group of people i’ve ever had to deal with. gave my husband and I nothing but negativity and the runaround from the get go. and none of the staff seem to communicate with each other as we were given three different answers to one simple question by three different people. ordered cabinets and was given a delivery date once they came in, only to be told we “weren’t on the delivery list” for the day THEY GAVE US. another thing - how do you not know where your delivery driver is going? how can you not give an estimated time of delivery? had to wait around all day for my order to not get delivered due to a mistake they made. they need to get organized and professional. do not go here if you can help it.

Tony is the only person in this place that has been helpful. We purchased cabinets from there and got nothing but the runaround. The guys ignore you if you’re not a contractor. I got left on hold once for over ten minutes and no one answered. If you don’t have to, don’t go there

These guys are the best. I brought in a Fir 5-panel door from Horner Millwork and they cut it to the exact size of my former door. This job only took them 20 minutes and I could not believe it. I will be coming back here for all my future doors that need to be resized. This place is great!
