Buyers be aware the people that work there wear the items an then put them back an they don't give refunds at all so be careful wat u buy here I bought sunglasses now wen I drop the one of the eyeglass comes out they were used I can't believe how bad this place e went down hill awful

i used to like going to rainbow but, as of lately the last couple of times ive gone its rare to come by a nice "friendly" employee, i always am the one to greet them first, and even then the employees complained in front of my friend and i that all they wanted to do is go home. i get it, i work in customer service, but, you gotta try to at least not say that type of stuff in front of customers. over all the employees are the biggest downfall of this place lately, all of them behind the counter just complaining about wanting to leave. unprofessional.
