My Sister had her steering repaired a year ago and it broke again, she called them to bring it back in under the warranty, they kindly let her know they bought out Fall River Ford within the past year and are not honoring any of their warranties. $2600.00 down the drain ! What a RIP OFF. There was NEVER anything sent to make her aware of this when the buy out happened. DO BETTER!! If I could give this a negative 1 star I would, DO NOT GO HERE!

Road tripping in the truck and pulled in to the service lane because of a warning light. The service manager came right out answered our questions and helped deal with the warning light. What great customer service.

Worst place ever. I had to have my water pump, spark plugs gaskets, and serpentine belt changed as antifreeze ruined it and had an extended warranty still under contract and was charged over $3500.

worst place to get your vehicle service. They can't even manage to do a simple oil change in a Ford vehicle without problems. First vehicle came out without putting oil cap back in place as seen on pictures posted them gave them another chance to redeem themselves guess what second vehicle came out dripping alot of oil from oil change and the service tech says to me its normal to do that when you change the oil, been getting oil changes at ford dealer for over 20 years never had that happen before, must been something new that First Ford came out with.

First Ford sales department and service are all excellent. I couldn’t be more pleased with all the departments at First Ford. I’ve purchased four New commercial vehicles and can’t be any more satisfied with their excellent service.

They are 2 for 2 on bad serviceWent there last week for a oil changed "the works package " they didn't finish the job left the oil cap off cause an odor of oil to get in the car didn't reset the oil life on the car no decal for next oil change and that's just what I could see.Then me as a fool go back with my truck for the works package again the following week thinking it can be all bad but guess what it is all bad went to pick up my truck after the service department already had closed and as I get outside to get it as a puddle of oil underneath the truck and leaking from it so the truck is still there waiting for Monday morning crew to mess it up alitte more so much for dealer maintenance service departmentServices: Auto maintenance

I called many times before they even answered. When I did get a person she made it obvious she did not want to deal with my call. I asked for a quote for brakes on my truck within 2 seconds she said $950 bucks. This was my fourth quote from different dealers. The others were $699, 700, 749. How in 2 seconds can you quote 200 above the highest? It says I don't want your business. Unfortunately it was my local Ford dealer now I will never go there for work to be done, 0 customer care!Service: Brakes

Awful service from the worst car maker. The sell you a trash part and then get upset when it turns out to be a lemon in less than a year. Needed them to fix my transmission; not only has it been there for over a month they would not provide me with a loaner car. I’ve been given different dates on when this car will be fixed and each time it was pushed back. Awful service all around. Rather take the car off the cliff before bringing it there.Service: Transmission

Don't buy from this place. Special ordered a truck 5 months ago truck came in and they sold it for $5k over sticker to someone else wand never even called me to come get the truck I called and ask where my truck was and it mistakenly got sold I spoke with the person who bought the truck and they said all the salesman knew it was a special order and sold it anyway. Then the salesman told the guy he got a hell of a deal because they were supposed to sell the truck for $10k over sticker already ordered the same truck from another dealer and was guaranteed I wouldn't pay over msrp

I started off by reaching out via online to see if the Mach E was available. I was looking for the white interior and First ford had it. When I reached out, the sales rep for online by the name of Kiana Rose emailed me back and said the car was available for the price of $56,640. I then called her and specifically asked for the MSRP. She again told me over the phone that it was $56,640. I said okay, you are 30miles away I'm on my way. She set up the appointment and I made my way down. I got with the sales man and when i said lets get the paperwork signed he said "Did she go over the price of the car with you?" i said yes, Full MSRP. He said nothing and we walked in to sign paperwork. The payment was $100 more than it should have been so I asked for the breakdown and thats when the finance manager came out and said the car was $2,500 more than MSRP. So after an hour, thats when i find out that i was lied to. I specifically asked if this was the case and was told MSRP by an online sales rep who should have known better. And when I confronted my sales consultant, his excuse was "I didnt know the price". WHAT?! Your my sales rep selling me the car and you don't know the price!? Needless to say I walked out. You want $2,500 more than MSRP then so be it. But do not lie to me to get me in the dealership just to tell me its $2,500 more. Shame on all of you. You guys are single handily part of the reason why people hate going to the dealership. Absolutely annoying and waste of my time. So i truly thank you Kiana for suckering me in to drive the 30miles there. You should be proud of your self. Again, only reason Im giving one star is because I was bait and switched to get to the dealership when they could have just told me via email or right when i got there. Instead they wait until we have paperwork filed out and after Ive been there for an hour. Complete waste of my time.
