Excellent, high quality paper! So many cute designs. I have been buying personalized wrapping paper from this company for a few years. My grandsons birthday gifts and Christmas gifts always look great- and are very special to them because it has their name and a design that they love. Will keep coming back due to the high quality, fast shipping, and excellent customer service!

Ordered and paid for personalized wrapping paper for a 5 year olds birthday! Waited over two weeks to get wrapping paper in the mail NOT personalized. I was told I never put the personalized info in even though I did because I was specifically buying personalized wrapping paper for a little boys birthday!! So instead of trying to make it right, they blamed me and kept my money! Bad customer service! ??

I have been waiting over a month for a package- my package sat for weeks and didn't move- tracking as been disabled- customer service is horrible- send several messages only ever got one response asking for my order number and never heard back- i understand shipping can be delayed but come on now seriously over a month now and no refund allowed? An lack of communication with their customers- completely dissatisfied and I would never recommend this company to anyone

I ordered a lawn sign for my daughter's graduation. They handled everything via email due to the covid 19. The sign was completed in a short time and it was exactly what I wanted. Thank you very much.

I submitted a rush request on a Monday which included asking Cambridge Offset to design postcards, print them, address and stamp them, and mail them by that Friday. They not only pulled through and made a lovely postcard, but they put up with me changing my mind on the wording and the design numerous times without getting annoyed even though is was such short notice. Awesome work!
