i tried real hard not to post this but i have been taken for so i feel the need to share this company was called to fix a leak on the radiator system of my vehicle i left vehicle there was there for a week them received a call saying vehicle was ready for pick up my invoice was over $2,000 foe repairs which i paid at time of repair brought vehiclw home the following the same issue continued i called back they took the vehicle back to repair was there another week was told all set then the vehicle leaked again called back they told me to bring it back in a month which i waited then called back and told me another month because they were busy long story short i paid over 2k for this company to fix my vehicle which was never repaired correctly and has been over 3 months now unfortunately i am forced to tow my vehicle to the dealership and pay dealership for proper repairs i was told by pintos that if i was to send them the bill that they would just throw it in the trash therefore i will be paying for all repairs from dealership and i will be seeking a lawsuit against pintos!

Hard to find a good mechanic and one u can trust these are one u can trust lambos to regularly sedans domestic and foreign these guys are the best instead of dealer prices

Great family run business. They won't take advantage of you and explain everything in detail. My air conditioner in my camry was having issues, and I knew of the possible causes already(fuse, blower motor, or relay switch to cotnrol the fan speed)and they went through them and told me the same causes and trouble shooted them all to fix my problem. They are very professional and highly recommended

I took a used honda fit here to get checked out by a mechanic before I bought it. They gave me a very honest review of the car and helped me talk through what I could ask for before making the sale. Very straightforward and pleasant experience. I would definitely come back!

Very friendly staff. They Always clearly explain what exactly is wrong with the car. What I'd like to emphasize is that they never overcharge you based on your knowledge about cars. Fair pricing.

Tony at Pintos Auto was recommended by a coworker over thirty years ago. We had just moved to this area and were looking for an honest, competent mechanic, which is a rarity. This is the only shop that has serviced my husband and my 4 vehicles... and now we take our daughters' vehicles to him. Tony Jr., his son, has joined the business. We have been truly satisfied with their integrity, repair skills, and the family-friendly environment. Maria, (Tony Sr.'s wife) handles the phones and provides excellent customer service!! I had bought a 2007 VW Toureag from them on 7/2020. Since the first month of having the car check engine light was on. I brought it back they reset the check engine light. They told me it was nothing. On top of that whenever it rained my car sounded like a first bowl because water was getting inside and dripping on my feet whenever I would drive it ! For months I brought it back they still didn’t know why it kept coming on. Fast forward to December my oil pressure sensor light kept coming on and then my engine blew. I paid 3900 for repairs didn’t have a car for 2 months. Now fast forward March the oil pressure light keeps coming on !!!! Last time that happened my engine blew !! I thought it was fixed apparently no ! Fast forward to 5/19 the oil pressure sensor kept coming on excessively and the car has oil !!! They wanted me to bring it back I rather not because I can’t afford to keep paying these people and their clearly not fixing the problem. They told me this car only had one owner prior to me. LIESSS!! I paid 6k for this car . Tony assured me if I trade it I would get that or a little bit lower for a trade in. I went to carmax they told me the car had four owners prior to me and that the ODOMETER WAS INCORRECT!!! So since there was a branding title issue I would only get 1000 for my car. How disrespectful and ridiculous. I spent 10k on a lemon !!! Can’t even get merely what I put in I would never ever go to these people again.Services: Engine repair

I stopped in to check out a car on their lot. I spoke to the owners and was treated like a friend. They were so up front and honest! Eventhough I did not buy the car, I will definitely keep checking back with them. I worked at a dealership for 20 years, and these people are a cut above!
