“I had to pick up medication for a patient and had never even heard of this pharmacy. It was so nice to walk in to a pharmacy where they treat you like family. The medication was not ready when I got there so the pharmacist got it ready within 5 minutes and then apologizes to me “for the wait”. I wish I lived in Fall River just so I could make that my pharmacy. I walked out of there feeling like I had just left home.”

“I've been going there since Devillas on Brayton Ave. closed and Standard took there customer's after having them train and meet the customers.They are by far the best in customer service, professional and well informed about the customers concerns and what they need, totally safe environment which nowadays is extremely important, keep up the good work!”

“This is the place to go if u are a Walgreens customer. Pleasant, smiles, helpful, organized, just all around perfect customer service !! Plymouth ave in Fall River ma needs to be shut down and the company should be ashamed of that location it’s a dump nothing like this location on pleasant st if it wasn’t for that location Walgreens would of lost me as a customer with that being said thank you and I appreciate you guys at pleasant st location”

“I like this CVS, clean and well organized. It's in a good location near Shaw's. You can get grocery shopping done all in the same plaza. Every week errands for me.”
“I have recently started using Walgreens pharmacy due to the fact that CVS is a disaster when it comes to my prescriptions. I am completely blown away by the amazing people who work in the pharmacy at Walgreens. Kerry is the most professional and helpful pharmacist I have ever met. She has gone above and beyond her duties to try and resolve an issue I had with my prescription. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Areanna is also incredibly helpful and always tries to locate and apply coupons to help cover the cost of prescriptions not covered. The other so called pharmacies never provided that for me. It is very rare in 2024 to find anyone that actually cares about the service they provide to the public. Kerry and Areanna have restored my faith in great customer service! They are a great asset to Walgreens and should be recognized for everything they do on a daily basis. I’m glad that I made the change to Walgreens!”

All the pharmacy techs and pharmacists themselves have always been terrific. And for us personally the front of the store people have been great too.”

“I am giving five stars only because of BETHANIE in the pharmacy.I had never been to this location before today, but she gave excellent customer service, even after I had never planned to go to another CVS again because of terrible customer service at a prior location.We had been given the runaround by multiple CVS pharmacy's trying to get vaccinated. We did a walk-in to this particular pharmacy, and Bethanie was so kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. She squeezed us in, and was even concerned about our young children, who were afraid of the shots. She did the kids herself, because she could sense their apprehension.Bethanie, you deserve all the recognition! Thank you so much for your kindness, and for taking care of our family.I do not recommend CVS, but I recommend Bethanie wherever she goes.”
