Called the bake shop to see if a cake would be done on time and was greeted by rude staff. Went to pick up the cake at the time requested no one was at the bake shop. Had to wait 15-20mins just for them to get somebody. Icing on the cake ( pun) cake wasn't even done and had to came back 1hr later.

let say the people are not so friendly place is dirty and unclean on a lot of things i cant show pictures on here but no one cleaning the shopping carts and i saw trash in a few isles even a few masks ...i ask few a few workers about it not my dept what ever that means ...ask about the carts are they wipe down she just walk away so i guess not ....started shopping at Market Basket whole new world ...clean and friendly ..and shopping carts are wipe down in front of you ....awesome job for some reason it said iam in S.F CA iam in Fall River Mass ...Stop n Shop is off Rhode inland Ave

Excellent service ! Recently placed a very large food order for pickup. Very easy process from selection of items on the web page and pulling into the special pickup area at the specified time. Then calling the number on the sign. Within minutes out comes your food order and packed in bags with a copy of the bill generated at check out on the web. Any item that was substituted is clearly marked. This is a contactless service in which you stay in your vehicle while your items are loaded in the trunk or the back of your SUV. I have used this service three times and plan on using again when reordering product. It's much better than pushing a cart around the store and loading it on the belt and loading the car. Thank you stop and shop!
