I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this company and the work they do. Rick was great at helping us pick out our new kitchen I got new cabinets, new counters and sink and it looks amazing. Joe (the installer) was very professional and and completed everything in a timely manner without rushing through it. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done.

We recently had a custom home built, and I must say that the kitchen portion was quite a challenge due to the wide range of colors, styles, and setup options. However, our experience with Rick made it surprisingly easy and enjoyable. Rick was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. He not only provided us with valuable suggestions, but also had a friendly and approachable demeanor that made communication a breeze.While we encountered a few issues with the manufacturer, such as some doors arriving with marks on them, Rick swiftly reassured us that they would be replaced for no extra cost. Additionally, there were a few cabinets that were mishandled by our contractors (recommend you use his contractors) but Rick promptly dispatched a team to rectify the situation, ensuring a quick and satisfactory resolution.I must say, having Rick handle our kitchen project was the highlight of our home-building journey. His professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. I wholeheartedly recommend Rick to anyone in need of a skilled and reliable professional for their home construction projects.

We are so thankful that we found Rick at Paul’s Quality Kitchens. He helped us create a layout that maximized the space in our kitchen. It previously had a peninsula and we planned to work with what we had but he came to our home and helped us create an island and rearrange the odd placement of our appliances to get so much extra storage and a layout that best works for our family. He also worked with us to find all wood, beautiful cabinets within our budget. We love our kitchen!

Background: First time home buyer renovating kitchenRick was incredibly helpful and essential in assisting me with selecting the best cabinet that provided excellent value for my money and suited my specific needs. The level of communication was outstanding throughout the process. Moreover, he went the extra mile by coming to my home to get the measurements for free and connected me with a skilled laborer who did a fantastic job. My overall experience was exceptional, and I found Rick to be highly professional.

I highly recommend this company. My husband and I renovated our kitchen and purchased our cabinets from Rick. He truly knows his trade and all of his recommendations were spot on. He was attentive to any issues that had arisen and was always prompt in responding to all of our phone calls and emails. If we ever have future renovation needs, we will definitely choose them again.

Stay away. Rick is dishonest and only out to dwindle his customers. Ordered a 36 inch cabinet, had to change to 30 inch. Happens all the time in construction. We gave him plenty of notice, waited 5 weeks and when it was delivered he tried to charge us for the 36 inch! Guy is creepy, saw him driving by our house, which is pretty remote. Calling a lawyer to handle this matter. It scares me to have to deal with people like that.

I can't say enough about Rick Gagne, owner of Paul's Quality Kitchens. From his professional service in the planning stages of our kitchen through delivery of the cabinets, we got "quality" service throughout the process. He came out to our home in Newport and spent alot of time going over plans and ideas. Phone calls and Emails were always promptly returned and the Brighton 3D Plans he gave us were a terrific and innovative tool that helped alot with our planning. A kitchen renovation can be a stressful experience but Rick was always there responding promptly to our many inquiries and his advice was always spot on. He recommended Brighton Cabinets and we could not be happier. They are very high quality and within out budget. We did a lot of research and believe me they are excellent cabinets. They were delivered within the time frame Rick provided with no issues. He also referred us to very good granite supplier for our counter tops.We highly recommend Paul's Quality Kitchens (Rick Gagne) of Fall River for any cabinetry needs.
