This review is based on my experience with getting my college freshman son a suit, several shirts and accesories he needed for the program of study he is enrolled in...The staff was receptive and understanding...whisking him to figure size and color....Javier was next....tailored to pefection...off to shirts ties and socks....complete package painless...affordable...would def. recommend

The people who work here are extremely rude. I know not everyone loves their job but there is no excuse for the behavior exhibited in this establishment. They make people uncomfortable and unwelcome with the way they handle things and communicate. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone unless you want to leave feeling like a nuisance for going in there in the first place. The only nice person at this establishment is the tailor himself but the owner and woman up are not people I would torture myself by dealing with again

I was recently one of the groomsmen in my friend's wedding. For the suit's we went to professional image. I can tell you that the professional in the name stops there. The older gentleman who worked there was polite enough but the younger woman who works there was rude on the other hand. When I originally went in for sizing as well I gave them my size's, and was told that I was probably much larger than that. When I tried on the first two pairs of pants I had to hold them up just to keep them from completely falling down. Only my shirt was the first item that was the correct size because I was given the size that I said that I wear. I showed up for my fitting and you would have thought that I was inconveniencing her. When I showed up again after having the pants tailored to confirm the fit again you would have thought that I was an inconvenience to her. The wedding was a destination wedding, and everything was ready just a few days before the wedding when I picked it up so I only had time to throw the shirt in the wash. Of all the men in the wedding party, (there was about 9 of us) myself and one other didn't even have shirt's with pockets on them compared to everyone else. The tailor was kind and polite as well but I would not return to buy more clothing which is pretty unfortunate because I'd be willing to go back had the attitude been better and there been consistency in our shirt's.

These people need to pull the stick out of their asses. They are unnecessarily rude and crabby. It is so bizarre. They are the Soup Nazi of clothing stores. The man who owns the place is okay at times, but the lady is another story.., if she worked for me she would be standing in the unemployment line so fast.

I have bought quite a few suits from Professional Image over the years. I find their selection challenging, but then I'm oversized. Quality is excellent, and less costly than named suit stores.. On-site tailoring is helpful. Repairs are handled expertly. I'll keep buying as long as they are in business.

Suits were a good value, but I did not find what I was looking for. I decided to get a blazed tailored. The woman who fitted me made it too tight. I mentioned that in the fitting and she did not adjust it. It does not fit well and I'm not a satisfied customer.

This place is a joke. Rudest people trying to convince everyone that tight suits fit. I have 2 suits in my closet ...worthless. Never wore them. Stay away from this SH@& hole!!!

I always get my suits and shoes there and have lost a lot of wait when in today and got a great deal on two suits . Sara was the best great person to work with .After I felt I send a friend of mines dad in that's here out of town and loved the great deal he got .
