These guys are the "real deal". I took my vehicle to a Firestone service business in Fall River yesterday, who railroaded me, stating that I needed new front brakes (full set), among other varies issues, including an oil change. *I just had an oil change 2 weeks ago! Their quote was $1400 ... complete bull$#@*. Needless to say, what I did need was 2 new front tires, a balance and alignment. My brakes were perfectly fine...the mechanic at Monroe even brought me in the shop to look at them. These guys are honest, courteous and professional. I will never go anywhere else for repairs, tires, etc.

Was told 45-50 minutes to have tires put on
It has been over 2 hours and the 2 guys here are walking around like they have nothing to do as my truck still sits in the bay tires on.
Now one has even brought my truck out they are now just breaking boards with a router and walking around ?NEVER AGAIN

I have been a loyal Monroe customer going on 4 years now until Saturday the 20th of April. I went to the Monroe in Fall River on Rhode Island avenue. I had an appointment for an oil change. The gentleman at the counter with glasses was extremely rude and stand offish. He worked on my oil change and when I left to drive to Connecticut my oil light came on saying low engine oil. Which means he did not look up the make and model of my vehicle to know how much oil to put in the car. This is not something that should happen if I’m getting an oil change done. Now I have to go back and have them finish putting in the oil. Again this is un acceptable especially since you guys are supposed to be the professionals I will never go to Monroe ever again.

Need a muffler repair . Brought it in, they ordered the part and scheduled me a week after just to make sure the part came in, great. Get there on my next appointment date, they say they don't have anyone in the shop to do it on Sundays and they would give me a call the next day. They never called, so I went ahead and called them. Lucky me, the guy who does mufflers, "quit". Now they wanna send me to the Swansea location. Who was going to call me and tell me they couldn't do it? Place is really unprofessional

Went in yesterday and made an appointment for today. My appt. was at 2 pm when I got there at 1:45, completely closed. Not even a courtesy call was given. Won't be going back to this place.

I had a great experience here almost a year ago when I had tires delivered from Tire Rack, the staff was very nice and accommodating. Last week I had tires delivered from Tire Rack for another car. When I got home I noticed the tire monitoring sensors weren't reading. I called to set up a time to come back and I was told, sorry we can't do that here, you'll need to go to a different Monro or a mechanic.

The reason why I’m giving one because there’s nothing lower than no one. I had the manager order me a tire he says the tire was in. I make an appointment one of the employees says that he cannot do the job so I left I called the manager and the manager made another appointment and I show up to install the tire. He tells me again that he cannot do it and then he calls the manager and the manager tells him to do it and then he tells me the tire was never ordered. The worker tells me to take my business elsewhere This place is horrible. Staff is no good. and I will be calling corporate tomorrow morning the best advice I could give you guys to stay away from this place, and if I could give them zero, I would

Pricing for an oil changes was way more expensive than anywhere I had ever been before. I sat and waited in the waiting room for almost an hour in total. Waiting room was 80 degrees because I saw thermostat on the wall. I had to keep stepping outside just to get some air even though it was freezing outside. The poor young man working was very nice but unfortunately he looked to be the only one working that day because he was working on my car and taking phone calls at the same time which made the whole process take even longer. I also mentioned my windshield washer fluid was low so he could add some and he said they didn’t have any there?? I would expect all fluids to be checked and topped off with an oil change like most places do. I will not be back.

Had an appointment there this morning (02/07/2024) to have 2 tires installed that I bought elsewhere. The guys there were very nice and totally professional. They got the job done quickly and obviously knew what they were doing. The price for installation was also a lot lower than I had expected, which was great. I highly recommend for any of your car service needs. 5 ⭐️’s

I went in for help installing a bulb for my 3rd brake light and an oil change. They were quick and professional. The tech also showed my how to change the bulb in case I need to in the future. I always go here for my oil changes and tires. Excellent service.
