My boyfriend was not feeling well so we booked an appointment online (like you would do at any other minute clinic) and he drove all the way there, checked in on the kiosk, and sat for 20 minutes waiting to be called in. He checked his email and they told him the appointment was cancelled due to no physician there!?! Are you serious?!? This place should just close if they are going to be doing that.....

Had an appointment after work to have my ppd test read for a new job I’m starting Monday. Showed up at 5pm and the clinic was closed even though there friday hours are 7pm. Then I noticed the cancellation email. If I can’t get it read tomorrow I can’t start my new second job Monday and I’m working tomorrow so now I’m scrambling to figure it out. Terrible. I will not be using cvs minute clinic for my second TB test or for anything else.

Kate is the worst but Brianna is the best there. Make sure you ask for Brianna. Kate doesn't even say hi back. And she is brutal with her hands

Nurse practitioner is the rudest person I've ever met. Wouldn't have her see my dog. Her name is Kate . Well Kate hope u get treated the way I did. I'm sure you've been a patient correct? Called corporate and will be calling until something is done

I just had the most aggravating experience at this minute clinic and from the reviews of the crew while I was there I guess this happens often. My father has been sick for weeks and I finally convinced him to see a doctor. I made an appointment online for 1:40pm at 9am this morning. I received a call that they were not open at that time and to reschedule. Assuming it was an extended lunch on Saturday's I made another appointment for 4:25pm. I get to cvs on President Ave at about 3:50pm checked in and sat there. And sat and sat. Another man comes over and checks in and sits. It’s 4:40 we are all just sitting there waiting for no one because there was no one there. I called customer service, they called the store. The cashier came to the back, the pharmacist came over, no one could figure out why a place that says open till 5:30 had no one present even before 4pm. CVS MINUTE CLINIC GET IT TOGETHER. I wasted a disgusting amount of time today on the phone and for nothing. My father is still sick and now I will never come here again. Do better.

Clinician Maguire has been the most professional, personable provider I've encountered in a long time. She is kind, thoughtful and adaptable. I am a public health nurse. I have had so many wonderful interactions with Tressah from her caring for me, my children, family members. I recommend CVS on President Ave because of her. That CVS store is known to be incredibly busy. The pharmacy staff are non stop helping customers as well as store staff. It would be much easier to go to a less busy store and I've had people question my recommendation of this clinic because they're worried it will be a long wait time.I have always be seen in a timely manner. Honestly for the high quality of care she provides, I'd be willing to wait. She does all this while being a pregnant and she's a parent to a young child. Just another example of how incredible she is.I have so much respect for her and her practice. She is an asset and as long as she is at minute clinic, I will recommend going there.Thank you for all that you do. We need more providers like you.

I tried calling the Minute Clinic to no avail. The automated voice is ridiculous. It’s been 4 minutes and I still have not reached anyone. Instead of having a robot answer the phone, why don’t you hire staff to do it?*edit: 6 minutes later and I hung up. Beyond ridiculous.

We visited this office because the South coast urgent care did not take our insurance. We originally thought the minute clinic wouldn't either and we were going to pay out of pocket. During the visit, the Nurse Practitioner asked for our insurance and was contracted. She was very nice, professional and patient with my son. I would highly recommend and we will be returning here for our urgent care needs in the future!Willette's Optical Paradise Approved ?

Ok made an appointment at 9 a.m. this morning to be seen at 11:40 on Monday 6/5/2020. The appointment was for MC in CVS on President Ave in Fall River. Got two messages on my cell phone 1) to confirm appointment 2) looking forward to meeting me. Go there wait in the car for an hour and a half no call to go in. I went into the girl at the counter and she said they would call me when she was ready to see me. Ok wait another while and call the 1800 #. Waited 20 minutes for someone to answer why I was not called......his reply they did not have your cell phone number, well how in the hell did they text me twice in the morning if they did not have my number?Worst customer service around, and no excuse for it! If you make an appointment you should be seen around that time! I will never go there again and will spread the word to my family and friends. By the way the guy on 1800# was a little flippant and should not be taking customers calls. Enough said!

What is the CVS policy on customers wearing face masks in Massachusetts stores as directed by the State? I was just in the Fall River CVS on President Ave. and witnessed customers not wearing facial covering. When I asked the cashier if CVS was complying with the State requirement she looked over at a father and son who were not wearing masks and said, "I guess we're not." As a part of the healthcare chain, that's a pathetic example to set.
