We were very happy with our experience. Katlyn was a true professional! I am pleased that people who work on commission have learned the art of soft sell. She did not rush me around, she let me go back & forth between 4 models multiple times. She let my husband & I have alone time & worked us thru every detail! We settled on the top of the line Therapedic!We can't wait for it to come in!

Was greeted at the door by Kila. She was very knowledgeable and approachable. My girlfriend and I went in to browse for a new mattress, Kila gave us great information and sold us a perfect mattress without being pushy or overbearing. 10/10!
