I must say the teachers both of my children have had each year have been absolutely amazing but as for the office staff they're always rude and ignorant and treat you as if your a bother to them. On the very few occasions throughout the past few years that I've had to call the school for something to do with one of my children during emergency circumstances just about every time the same woman miserably answered and is ALWAYS unwilling to help me or even so much as answer a question or relay a message to my childs teacher and god forbid i ask to speak to the teacher directly or be transferred to that class room, which should NOT be an issue, I get one of 2 responses she either rudely snaps "NO" without any other expansion and just hangs up on me before I can even say anything else or she just flat or hangs up on me without even responding to me. This is highly unprofessional and something needs to be done to fix this immediately. We're supposed to be able to trust these people with our children but we can't even trust a secretary to answer a phone and do her job properly. I have also spoken with other parents who have been going through this same issue so I know I'm not alone in this and it is clearly an ongoing problem that needs to be addressed.

So apparently this school hires teachers that allow kids to bully other kids? Do they get paid to stand around and do nothing? There needs to be an overhaul of teachers and people need to get fired. This is a disgrace and a discredit to your reputation.
