HORRIBLE. IF YOU HAVE OPTIONS STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. National Grid is MUCH easier to work with and an ethical company. The commercial application process is a nightmare & very time consuming. I had service turned on for my business in 2021 after months of gathering the proper information for the application, service for electric with national grid was transferred to my name in one phone call. 2 years later I receive a note on my door that I need to contact Liberty to avoid service interruption. They need a whole new application from me, did the whole process over again and didn't hear anything further. Today I find out my gas was SHUT OFF!!! Contact liberty they still need tax documents & an automated payment form which I have email confirmation that they received in 2021!!

Iam giving 2 stars because a couple months ago my mom had issues where they didn’t send appropriate bill reading for all winter long then all sudden send a hit us with huge amount saying it was not the right reading for the winter months.. now how is that our fault for not doing the job right. This absolutely not right it has happen to a lot people in my family that Iam aware of . This need to addressed!!i

I would rather have National Grid, to be my provider than this place. Over paid, and when I called them out on it. They updated the profile with a made up bill so it shows that they didn't steal. Thankfully I have alllllll of the receipts!

Worst utility service is the United States, I’d rather have electric everything then these incompetent morons. Gas technicians are literally the only good thing about the company. The company itself sets its employees up for failure, no empowerment to help their customers. Truly the worst utility company Fall River has… disgusting…

They are good at providing natural gas, and they seem responsive to natural gas leaks. However, their energy efficiency and "green" talk is just talk. I can understand that the company has chosen to not repair furnaces, but I was very surprised that when I called to inquire about a furnace tuneup and carbon monoxide test the representative I spoke to couldn't even recommend someone to do this work. I was told "maybe try a plumber " Please spare me the talk about caring about energy efficiency.

Went there to pay my final gas bill that is no longer in service cause had moved to a place with gas included....Well I went at 2:45 pm.The business states on the door they close at 4pm.Well it was closed and hour and 15 minutes before close....

I realize bill was low I had to call to get a correct bill. Then rude customer service representative. No remorse for their negligence. Worst gas company I ever worked with.
