This is our favorite laundromat! The staff is awesome! Jenn and Tanya are friendly and always make us feel welcome! Me and my son come every week, and look forward to coming. Its very clean and not as hectic as other places (which i love). We recommend this place to everyone!

This is the best laundry place in the world. Super clean, machines are sooooooo nice. I can do like a whole months worth of laundry in just a couple hours for soooo much cheaper than any other place even my own apartments laundry is more expensive.

I have been coming here to do my laundry for a few months now weekly with my boyfriend and after yesterday I will not be returning. Every time I walk in the place I feel on edge. You're greeted with glares and stares from the employees like they're judging you, instead of a smile and "hello, how are you doing?" When you first walk in they have a counter on the right hand side there is a door way that leads to two separate entrys one for the bathroom and one for behind the counter. When I first started going there was no issue besides the unpleasant stares, door was always open. I could go in rinse my detergent cup after loading the washer and use the bathroom upon leaving. A few weeks ago I went to go rinse my detergent cup per usual with no problem but before I had to leave I needed to go to the bathroom and the door was locked. Returned the following week and door was already locked the first time so I could not rinse my cup. Once again returned yesterday same thing so I asked the employee if there was a reason the door was locked because "the sign on the door does sign bathroom use is for customers only and I am a customer". So she gets all hostile yelling and giving me a major attitude and says "excuse me, I had the door locked for a reason. There was a guy in here before giving me the creeps and he was just sitting around not doing laundry." I explained to her this isn't the first time the door has been locked and she kept raising her voice and getting defensive because I asked her why the door was locked. As soon as I pulled the parking lot she was dragging a load of laundry behind the counter she looked over out the door seen me and went behind the counter and locked the door immediately. When I went inside that's where she was up until I loaded my laundry and went to use the bathroom. Unacceptable customer service!!

Hands down best laundromat in Fall River. It is not ghetto like the rest of them. This is the only laundromat I use.
