If I load my card with money, pay with the same card at machines that state you receive a certain amount of minutes free shouldn't the establishment honor that? According to this place, NO!Twice now, had a total of 340 minutes NOT HONORED because I was told we had the wrong card. Card is identical to the new one, machine allowed me to load money, and then worked to pay for the machine. But, the attendant refused to give me the free minutes. This is not the way you treat people.

So when they first opened the washers where 12 the big one. Now they are 15.18 for the normal wash. Oh but wait it gets better. The dryers that are supposed to be free aren’t. I just paid more than 40 to wash two loads. And to dry. Like you can’t be serious. IT SAYS FREE DRY. False advertising at its finest.. I’m sick at the sign that doesn’t say a thing about you get limited dry.

No more free dry. Absurdly expensive machines. It used to be almost worth it for the free dry but now a large washer costs more than $18 and the free dry does not actually work- it still charges your card even though it says “x minutes free with this washer”. This place went downhill fast.

The workers keep the place clean busy no more free dry dryers are free based on the size washer you use

It is no longer free dry you have to use specific washers to get a certain amount of time free. So if you use multiple dryers you will get charged.

The dryers open on their own... And I come back in and my clothes are not dry Drayer door wide open. Wicked annoying to sit and wait and watch the door

Clean place. Crowded and parking lot is a little crowded. Don't like that they charge $3 to purchase their card to load money on. Free dry is nice.

Great place. Nice and clean! Free dryer's. They even have massage chairs.Staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

It's clean people are very friendly that works there I feel comfortable and safe I would recommend it to anybody that wants to go and have a pleasant laundry day

I love the fact that the staff tries to keep the place tidy and clean, considering it can be quite busy. All the washing dryers work considerably well.

Update: John contacted me to remedy this misunderstanding. The new hire rang up our drop off incorrectly. He was very kind and polite, gave me the credit towards our next drop off. I have much respect for a business that accepts responsibility for their mistakes.NEVER will I drop off laundry here again! $15 for the first 10lbs in each bag! Highway robbery. I understand 15$ for the first 10 overall and then .99/lb like every other place does but PER BAG? Dropped off 4 bags and got charged $60 for the first 40lbs, go to Delkin or Reds Suds and Bubbles don’t drop off here!
