Do not file your taxes with these people they will scam you and process your taxes without your permission and then when I’m setup for direct deposit somehow you get a paper check you never requested and then the supervisor that screwed up will avoid you. Legal action will be taken.

Tax prep agent had to ask her colleagues about basic stuff. Very, very expensive considering my return was simple and took all of twenty five minutes to file (I know fees are based on what's filed, not how long it takes). Will not be coming back.

Zero stars if it were an option. Worst experience ever. Had an appointment and arrived on time. I was not acknowledged when I walked in and waited for 30mins. I had to walk up to speak to someone that my appointment time had passed. I waited another 20mins before being seen. I have never in my life paid the amount I paid for my taxes being done here, 3x as much as I’ve normally paid. Highway robbery. Don’t go here.

Another year more great service from Jackson Hewitt. The representative who worked with me was friendly and when she had to unfortunately call me about a mistake that had me rejected she was kind enough to point me into the proper direction. I recommend Jackson Hewitt to anyone and I'll go when I can to fix my problem I can't at the moment remember the representative's name, but she was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Very quick and easy. But the store is way too loud and our rep, although friendly, was too soft spoken... Could barely understand what she was saying. And I read lips. Turning down the radio and installing some acoustic panels would help immensely.
