This GameStop is terrible. There’s always new staff that don’t know what they’re doing and haven’t been trained and the female manager is usually very unhelpful and rude.

Good morning management and staff this is your secret shopper so I came in the other day and the price on a game was 39.99 and then get told at the register it’s 59.99 well maybe if we did our job instead of hanging out with friends in the front talking and making sure items are priced accordingly!!! Period no excusessssss and this is why this business will die down as gaming becomes digital don’t have to worry about IQ not doing there jobs these are just facts

Trash as place 1st they make you sign up to get 5 dollars off a month then tell you it's only meant for in store products which i got. Place is going down hill. And i can't buy certain currency amounts. F u gamestop i will never shop here again

Bought a new Ps5 and a controller yesterday and the workers were very kind. They had a very good work dynamic as well it was also cheaper than if i went to buy at best buy brand new. Thank you to the worker who gave me spider-man piñata candy!

Normally I have no issues with this location. But for the last week I've been calling (and it taking over 10+ tries to actually speak to a person!) Trying to find out about a funko pop I pre-ordered that was due to be released on June 13th. Everytime I've managed to speak to an employee they kept saying they don't know when they are going to have it in-stock. This is very upsetting, I paid for my figure in full and have yet to get it almost a week after it's release date.

Went to buy Final Fantasy 16 this afternoon and also saw a used Switch game I grabbed. Went to the counter and when I said I didn’t pre order the employee refused to sell me a regular copy of Final Fantasy, stating I should “come back Sunday, because (he) wasn’t sure he’d be able to cover pre orders.” That is bogus, as I called the Dartmouth GameStop and they were more than happy to sell me the regular edition, stating it must be a Fall River location specific policy. I said thank you very much, but decided to buy from Walmart instead, who had more than enough copies. You lost on the sale of a new game AND a used game, not to mention I won’t be using this location for any future purchases. I saw two other customers go through the same process, so I’d like the manager of this location to realize how much business his employee turned away today. Go to a different retailer or another GameStop location, there is no need to pre order software.

New PC hardware in stock at this store. The clerk was knowledgeable and friendly despite it being slightly busy near closing time on a Saturday night.

besides 1 lady employee yelling at myson to relax & gave him a speech about how to act - it was his birthday & hadn’t been there in a couple months so of course ANY child would be so excited soI just ignored her and let my son be excited & thankfully the other cashier rang me out because he was so nice!other than that ….good experience
