Wanted to get my AC fixed, they were done in 20 minutes,charged me $150 and still the same as before blows hot air. I tried to call them didn’t answer the phone for 4 days in a row .
No customer service at all waste of money.they are in a rush to get rid of your car and take your money.

I have brought my Subaru legacy to Fawzi 3 times for the same problem. Had an issue where when I took a left turn I heard a knocking until the wheel straightened out. He took it for a ride the first time and said he didn’t hear anything. 2nd visit with in the same month I brought it back for the same issue. He looked at it and said it was the “brake shield” and he “fixed it” and claimed it was warped! Told us if we hear it again to bring it to the shop and let him know. We left the shop and literally heard it the first left turn we took. Waited for the next day to bring the car back, left work on my lunch and bring it to him just for him to tell me he has no time to look at it. I took my car to another mechanic and with in 2’minutes of riding around in my car he already knew it was an axle. So how this man got a brake shield out of that and couldn’t care to look is beyond me. I drive around with a family in my car and take its safety very seriously and this guy could care less about that fact. Completely unprofessional. I’ve been going to this man for years trusting his word just to find out it’s all crap. Completely disgusted in him. My new mechanic will be fixing the problem he couldn’t care to find.

Brought my car there a few times 1x had struts put in a week later I was making a noise they made me replace mounts that I had purchased the week b4 that wasn't installed properly 2nd had breaks put in they didn't feel the calipers needed go be replaced but that's the reason it was brought in then finally had them put tires on and they put 1 tire on backwards with the tread facing he wrong way... not very happy with them each time I told them to check the noise in the front of my car and they told me there wasn't any noise I feel ripped off
