Terrible lots of junkies in and out half the machines are broken and old owner is a slum lord due to not caring with the up keep. Whoever give ls this place more then 1 star has a substance problem be the owners friends relatives or something

So my partner went to get our dry cleaning and unfortunately was $2 short. He went back to his car because he had tons of change, so he got back with all his change and unfortunately, he was now TEN CENTS SHORT. Now, YOU WOULD THINK after seeing my partner struggling, the individual working at this establishment would have empathy and let it go… cause I mean its only TEN CENTS. But sadly, she refused. My partner had to go to TWO other stores, to get change to get TEN CENTS to get our dry cleaning back. Keep in mind, my partner is a regular customer. It saddened me that my partner was not seen with any empathy or understanding after working a NINE HOUR SHIFT with a ONE HOUR commute to and from work. He works so hard then has to deal with such cruelty. I have worked at these sorts of establishments and I’m certain if the individual working the register explained the situation to the manager I am sure they would’ve understood. Also hello, its a laundrymat you mean to tell me you couldnt find ten cents on the floor somewhere? The lack of help was just so disgusting and disappointing.

First time at a laundromat in many years. Very pleased with place, exceptional customer service (I needed lots of help). Rita, the attendant was courteous and helpful. TY Rita! ?

The Laundry attendants are always very nice and patient. I go here every weekend and drop off or pick up laundry.

Heckled me over $4 and stated they need to watch cameras in order to refund me money their machine ate. Their machines always eat my money. I spend $80 dollars there a month and have been going since 2017. I will not return. No loyalty to their customers.

I love going here sometimes I’ll just drop off my laundry and have them do it and surprisingly every time I do it. My clothes smells incredible but every time I do my laundry it smells awful. I don’t get it but whatever these guys are doing they’re doing great.

Friendly staff and they’re open 24/7. Plus the dryers are free! (But they fill up fast because people like to dry half batches so they dry faster, but that’s not the staff’s fault…)

EXTREME SHOCKED AT MY EXPERIENCE AT THE LAUNDRY MAT... purchased container of laundry detergent which was half open. I questioned the attendant regarding my half used container which was $8.00 for 10 oz and her response was "That is the way we sell them." Complete scam!!!

I'm torn on this rating because it's the most affordable laundromat around, but it does have its drawbacks. There are only 6 of the extra large washers & multiple of them are constantly broken. Last week 3 of the 6 were functioning. That being said, this is still my go-to place because the free dryers and $5 bonus when you use a $20 bill makes is the best deal
