Small selection of footwear for a store that touts itself as a sneaker store. All sneakers are kept in the back, except display pieces. Pricing was reasonable though, and what small selection was available was decent. Still, I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want variety. There is a Walmart supercenter not too far away with a better selection.

Eh.... It's ok. Music was so loud ??! Not that the music was bad, just way to loud. We ended up leaving.

This place don’t listens to simple directions. Had to come back twice for an order that they messed up again. The oldest of the girls that work there, I think she’s the manager. She’s awesome, but when she’s not there and it’s the younger ones there running the show. If it’s not a shoe you cant buy on the spot. Id suggest u leave or ask when the real manager is going to be there. Heed my warning or order shoes through them at your own risk. 1-10 scale on professionalism they’d get a 4 and a 6 when the real manager is there. This is only one of the 3 issues I’ve encountered with them in 3 months. All occurring when the manager lady isn’t there.

Terrible customer service. I recently (August 26th around 5pm)went to Snipes to find a pair of shoes for my 6 yr old son. At first I didn't even see an employee in the store. Then when I went to find an employee to assist me in finding the right size shoe, she was trying on shoes for herself. I asked for assistance and she was completely appalled that I even asked her for help. She was very unprofessional and too lazy to help me. I felt disrespected and informd the employee that I would never do business with this store.

Very satisfied with the service, pricing & help. Kevin was on point with everything, ended walking out with a pair of Jordan 4 Thunders in a sz 13 & some AF1 for my daughter. Im going to keep going back to them for releases.Kevin thanks bro really appreciate it, see you next time.
