great store, and awesome selection. however, eblens has been closed for some time - it's a snipe's now. (opening time is now 10:00) i keep trying to edit it but Google maps just keeps denying my submission.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not for the store itself which is now Snipe's but for its MANAGEMENT. I have never met such an unprofessional person in higher authority as the one who manages that store. Help where help is needed instead of expecting 1 person to run around helping all the customers while you stand there and expect your employee to do that & more. Clearly favorites certain employees as well considering she likes to give hours than take them away & give them to other workers without communicating that with the employee your taking the hours away from. As a MANAGER YOU should know how to communicate with anyone & everyone with respect & understanding not just with the customers. DO BETTER, it’s clear why you’re constantly hiring new employees the problem isn’t the store, it’s you.

Lousy selection. Once they got dropped from Nike they really hit the skids. Didn't they use to have Billionaire Boys too? Now it's just adidas, puma and north face. Which north face is cool but the other two are mid to low tier brands.

Off the bat this didn't seems like the sort of store we would stumble into, in fact the only reason we went in at all was because my friend knew I was in desperate need of shoes and said she saw on the sign that they sold shoes. We went inside and saw they only really sold the collectible shoes that aren't typically worn but I thought I'd at least see what they had. I ask the only employee if she could guide me and help me find a pair of shoes and she could NOT have rolled her eyes more throughout the entire interaction. She measured my feet and went in the back and brought back a ten and a nine saying those where the smallest shoes they sold and the didn't usually sell to children( I am a legal adult with a size 7) but I could still buy the shoes. Overall her whole attitude was a little aggressive demeaning and I can't see myself ever shopping here again.

What they have for shoes sneakers whatever it's not a shoe store it's more of a clothing store than anything else don't go there looking for sneakers cuz they ain't going to have nothing for us women

The only reason why I gave it two stars is because of the lady at front counter and the lady who helped me get the sneakers I wanted. Even though she looked miserable. Smh If I could have given zeros stars, I would.So saw these sneakers and wanted to know if they had my son's size. A few more people come in to look at sneakers. A lady finally came out and started helping the other people who came in after me. So I said something of course. She said "well you're gonna have to wait". REALLY!! She went on and also said "I am only one person", and"there is no number".No but there is a "who's next"!!!!She was definitely not pleasant.So went to the front counter is ask for help from someone else. Because the other lady was so ruid. She said that she was the manager. A MANAGER!! SMH Well she shouldn't be with such horrible customer service. Also her name is Stephanie.Needless to say I won't be going back there anymore!!!!!!!!!
