They hung up on me.
Can we put 0 stars? I would say bad customer service, but there simply is none. After wrestling with the automated customer time waster, I managed to find the number to the actual building in Fall River, where they wouldn't listen, spoke over me saying "this is for new accounts only," and HUNG UP ON ME. Horrendous. I'll be calling the BBB, and adding to the growing list of unhappy customers.

I went to cancel my service because I moved in with someone who has Xfinity and Omg it was the most dry rude experience I’ve had. I wasn’t canceling it because I have a problem with Xfinity ? but the attitude I got canceling my service isn’t going to make me run back to Xfinity when I do get a place on my own. Probably the most “I don’t wanna be bothered” person I had to deal with

Worst experience ever. Switched to Xfinity for a week without any phone services but then was told your unlocked phone is not compatible with Xfinity Mobile service. Then they charged me for 6 months for the mobile service I didn’t even get! Their manager said only 120days are refundable. So they charged me $150 for three months for not even a day of phone services provided. This company should be sued and they’re taking consumers’ money and not providing the service as needed!

Awful. Their service is trash. You can’t get in touch with anybody to help resolve issues that you are having. If this terrible company didn’t have a monopoly, we would have some choice. Stuck with this god awful company who can’t give two pennies about their customers. You use the assistant virtually and it’s useless. You use the phone number. Useless. I would take any other provider over these money hungry dirt balls

I went into this store December 6th to transfer my service to my roommate before I left. I had filled out all the appropriate documents and was told I was all set. I paid my December bill and thought I was all set. Come January I get another bill. I call and ask what happened and they said it still wasn't transferred. The ensured me if I paid the January bill it would be all set by February. Well I just got billed for February to. Seems like people here aren't following through or are just lazy.
