Great, easy going environment to work out in. I have attended the kickboxing classes and everyone there is welcoming and very high level in their craft. I know that they also offer a women’s self defense seminar which I am interested in attending. Definitely recommend!

I trained at Regiment for two years and it was a great experience. Friendly staff and friendly members who want to learn and grow both individually and as a team. There’s opportunity for those who want to learn for sport, or for personal growth. I highly recommend Regiment Training Center.

The kids classes are great. The coaches work well with the kids and make sure they are using proper technique. Both of my kids love it there.
