Save yourself the headache and go to St. Annes Credit Union. This bank lures you in with a hefty bonus for new customers but the treatment afterward is horrendous. I’m talking about long lines to get your banking needs met, misinformation regarding fees, terms and conditions that are ludicrous. Not to mention customer service department in need of new management. It lasted 3 months for me, don’t make the same mistake.

The ATM doesn’t work! The “workers” don’t work and can’t do anything and make up nonsense to explain their incompetence!! Close it down or replace these workers!! I’m a business owner, and have to make deposits every single day. Every single day, I go there, hoping that the machines work, and they claim that they’re not working. Making me having to go to a farther place, causing an inconvenience.

I keep forgetting to tell myself not to come to this so called "Branch ATM" anymore!! The line is always long and you wait forever,!!! I waited about 23mins Thurs, the person ahead of me was taking a long time at the atm, when the teller came over to help, the teller begins to explain that the atm has been acting up when you make deposits, she then tells the woman "I wouldn't deposit anything with it acted up like that" seriously?? I left disgusted with this Branch. NO working tellers and a virtual ATM that doesn't work properly yet let's not tell any customers this, Ridiculous!!!

They have no tellers? Can't get 20$ in quarters? Was told I have to go to a "traditional branch" what is this than why even have an account here.

I wanted to come warn anyone considering using this bank! I go into this location today to see tons of people in line for the ATM. The two women “working” if you can even call it that say they can’t take any deposits under $5000. She claims the government wants banking done this way??? So you have a bank with no workers and you’re directing your angry customers to use a machine. That’s insane and i am absolutely taking all my money out of this bank on my next day off. Great way to lose customers!!!!

Honestly just close this whole location. Same employees standing around every week . Not helping with anything besides opening an account or directing you to use an ATM . Employees standing around but they’ll tell you no Tellers are available to cash checks. They prefer you to use the ATM for everything . Save some money and just close the location. Paying people to stand around and do absolutely NOTHING !

No longer able to make transactions with a teller!?!?! Average wait time of 30 minutes for the ATM. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Morning of 8/7/23 worst experience I’ve ever had at this bank. The teller needs to be fired she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this branch. From this experience alone I may go with another bank after all these years.

Worst branch ever. Banker JESSICA ESCALERA should be fired. Unprofessional and rude. I closed my account 5 min after opening it. I'll be sure to inform everyone I know about my awful experience and I will avoid even using that bank ever again.

By far the slowest bank branch I've ever been to , be prepared to wait in excess of 15 minutes regardless of spot in line.
