Very slow, there is only one teller when there are three places for tellers

They have no tellers? Can't get 20$ in quarters? Was told I have to go to a "traditional branch" what is this than why even have an account here.

No longer able to make transactions with a teller!?!?! Average wait time of 30 minutes for the ATM. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
