Great auto body shop! They did some body work on my car some years back thru a insurance claim. They handle my car rental. Pick up and drop off the rental right here. So convenient. A lot of people come here.

Don't take your car here. Nothing but insurance fraud. Panels are not getting replaced. They fix your rear body panel and just redo the seam sealer, making it look new. They fix your old panel, repaint the jam and panel to make it look new. Be careful.

Carl's is the best. I had not been here in a while they fixed my Mercedes when someone rear ended me. My wife had an issue with her new Traverse we brought it it they took care of everything. Car is back to perfect

The work done by the team here at Carl's Collision is nothing short of incredible. Of note, Mr. Cabral, in particular, demonstrated shining examples of remarkable customer service, professionalism, and commitment to quality and attention to detail. Corey was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive throughout the entire repair process on my 2024 BRZ and went out of his way to ensure I left Carl's Collision happy. If you ever need work done on your car, I can not recommend the team over at Carl's Collision in Fall River enough. I genuinely cannot even tell the car was ever damaged. Thank you, Carl's Collision! You have certainly earned my business in the future should I ever need any work done on any vehicle I own and will be recommending your business to friends and family!

This was an AMAZING experience. The team was professional, timely and explained everything. The work was top notch. This was an insurance claim job. Carl's BLEW MY MIND by not only doing their body work but they basically detailed my car. It was unbelievable how clean it was when it was returned. Will recommend. Thank you!

I was recommended by a family member to go to Carl’s Collision Center to get my car fixed after an accident. I called and spoke to Josh Auld. He was very professional, answered to my questions, and gave me the utmost respect and attentiveness to my case. When I turned the car in, he greeted me, checked out my vehicle and assured me that it was in the best hands. I notified him that I would be on vacation for 2 weeks. He reassured me that they will take care of everything and when I return he would assist me if I needed a rental or anything else. I called twice after my vacation to check for updates and they said reassembly was in process. When I received the call that the vehicle was done I picked it up. Josh again gave me further directions when calling the insurance company and wish me a safe drive. Overall, a 10/10 excellent service! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thank you!!

Everyone I had dealt with during my car being serviced there has been helpful, professional and understanding. I can tell my car was well taken care of from the cleanliness inside and out and with the repair work which looks top notch!

Carl's Collision has to be the best place to bring your car to be repaired after an accident. The process can be daunting but the employees they have there make it so easy & always keep you informed.
I've had work done there on a few occasions & was very satisfied & would never go to a different shop.

Went here for body repair after an accident. Amazing service, friendly staff, and repaired our vehicle in a timely manner with mo complaints. Has an Enterprise rental car facility on site to make it even easier. 100 percent would recommend.
