I just picked my car up after having Brougham Motors fix my car from damage done after a deer hit the drivers side bumper and wheel cover. They did an awesome job and I was so surprised to know that they also washed, vacuumed and cleaned my car windows too. I hope I never need an auto body repair again but if I do, I will return to Brougham Motors!

Awesome customer service! I was going to get my car fix at this place, however my insurance decided to make my car a total loss. Tracey went above and beyond to help me. She arranged a ride for me to the car rental and even helped me find a price for my car value. If I ever need service in the future, I would definitely go back here.

If you need body work done on your car, I highly recommend Brougham Motors. The counter staff on intake are knowledgeable, kind, helpful, efficient, and just genuinely nice. They know their business and take pride in their work.I dropped my car off on Monday and got it back on Friday. They offered to set up a rental for me with my insurance but I didn’t need one. When I got my car back, it looked better than it did when it was new, inside, outside, and all around, like a shiny new penny. They really take care of you and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Brought my 2018 Hyundai Tucson to Brougham's after a collision that damaged the rear of my car. They handled all the rental/insurance issues, did some additional work to my rear door at a reasonable price, and had my car looking like new again. No one wants to have to deal with accident repairs and I hope I don't again, but if I do I know I'm going right back to Brougham's. Thank you all!

Myself and my family have used Brougham on several occasions. Every time we needed service they were always very professional and the service/workmanship was a phenomenal. The office staff pays attention to every detail and I was amazed in the quality in the detailing when I picked up me truck.

I decided to go to Brougham Motors instead of the body shop my insurance suggested and I'm so glad I did. They really made sure the job was done right and in a timely manner. I had my car back in a less than a week. It would have been even sooner had I not asked them to do extra work unrelated to the accident. They even cleaned and detailed the car. I would highly reccomend them to anyone!

From start to finish, Brougham was nothing less than excellent. They did some repair work after my car was clipped and the person didn't leave any info. They answered all of my many questions calmly and expertly. "What if it comes out to more than the estimate? What if it takes longer than expected? What if there is more damage than initially seen? What if? What if?" They never lost patience. They were also great about handling the rental situation for me, arranging for pick up and drop off at the shop itself. They told me the repairs would take about a week, they completed them in about 3 days. The icing on this very lovely cake, though, was the superb detail job they did before handing me the car. I was so appreciative of them for all of this that I brought them some goodies as a thank you.I originally chose them because I couldn't find less than a 4 star review... and here's my own 5 star review.
