Very terrible customer service.Paid for a new book, received one that was clearly used with highlighter marks throughout it. Emailed - no response.Called to try to cancel two orders that I placed a month ago, got told to email to cancel instead. Emailed - no response. Just received one of the books in the mail today.

Best Bookstore ever on campus. Brand new. Employee at the bookstore named Alex like me was so helpful I was blown away by his knowledge and expertise. Clean and I can't extend my thanks enough for Alex's help honestly in finding me a book.

You guys need to be better about being open durring your hours of business. I've gone 5 times this week. Unfortunately I'm only able to go between 9-9:30 or 1:00-2:00 and each time you are closed! I need to do my homework and assigned reading. Seriously how can this keep happening?! Is it just this week??? I see people inside and they're keeping the door locked. If students are there before 2:00 you should help them. Don't turn them away starting at 1:45 because you want them out. This is really messed up...

This place is really amazing. People I've met there are really friendly and easy to get along with. The lunches here are cheaper than the lunches in high school. I even love the little book store they have. It's very convenient for everyone.

The Bristol community college bookstore is an amazing place to get everything you need to get your college life started and continued. Some of the merchandise is overpriced but you can get good deals from the website. They also have random deals that get emailed to you if you sign up to their subscription. I would recommend going here before anywhere else for your Bristol community college stuff. If you need books I suggest you try there first but then go Google and there is a website that will let you rent or buy books cheaper you just need the ISBN number.
