I've bought cars there, sent friends and family, everyone pleased, probably 5 cars bought in all. I bought my winter AWD SUV there about 7 years ago, have had brakes done and oil changes, that's it.Straight shooter, honest, charges a fair price for repairs, never inflates the cost. I drop my cars off and tell him to call me when it's done., he takes care of my Mustang like it's his, even though he's a Camaro guy.

They took my car straight from a lot that shall remain nameless ( hint; I have a Volkswagen)& no questions asked, took my car & had evaluated it within 2 hours. My car had sat untouched at the previous dealer& they had no sense of urgency to even look at it to ease my mind. My oil pan had hit debris on the road & leaked out. The engine was at risk of seizing. I didn't expect a miracle but an evaluation would have been appreciated. I explained to them that I had no rental on my insurance & I'm my mother's caregiver on Hospice. They seemingly didn't care. Brad's &( Steve), very communicative with me, listened to all my concerns & gave me specific timelines that they followed to a T! I'd recommend them with 5 stars. Polite, communicative, knowledgeable & relatively quick. I got my car back & I'm grateful.

I had a wiring problem, and 3 garages played musical parts swap with my truck. 3 clueless businesses, unnecessary parts replaced, and 3 tows later, I had it towed to Brad's. They got me back on the road.. Thank You! (If you think a Professional is expensive,.... wait till you try a Rookie!)

I had a very good experience using Brad's for Strut Replacement. His quote was the lowest of the 3 other competitors and in some cases as much as $100. His schedule for the repair was on time as well as the completion of the work. I found him to be polite and responsive in returning e-mails and phone calls. He will be my number one go to person for all services I may require. Paul E

Brad's background is basically an auto truck technician. For me, that is the best person to get a car from. For years I/we have used or have worked with Brad usually on complex electrical, programming etc. type problems. He's the best! He's a straight shooter. He's an old school honest down to earth person.

He and his guys have ensured I am in a safe, reliable car and are now helping me take care of it in a cost effective manner.
