They held on to my phone and said it would cost about $100 to use a temp mobile sim, then their card reader wasn't working, so I needed cash, and the register couldn't provide a receipt. Big scammers, I reported them to the company. They noted the mispractices of this location. Besides all of that they couldn't get my phone working for over a 1 and half. I was stuck and realized later what scammers they are!!

It seems like they almost never have the phones you want in stock. I find that frustrating, but it's a boost Mobiles store so what else do you expect. There's another store in the area that seems to have what you would want. This is a good location though.

I had boost for 10 years..loved it until I went in and wanted my phone number changed...they said they can't do that so I cancelled & went to a another provider...you just lost a 10 year loyal customer over simply not changing my phone number...I even offered to pay to do it.

Almost half an hour waiting for it to open at a time when it shouldn't be closed, a sign saying back at 1.15 but it arrived almost 1.30

Good service but they will find a reason to charge they charged my mom 25 dollars to charge her phone that's just plane greedy coming from another business owner yes we have to make money no reason to rob people

I don't particularly care to give a low rating. However in this case it's necessary.The problem is the outside looks shady as in am I even safe here? Depends on the time I bet. Anyway the place had lots of trash on the front of the building the front door is a miserable wreck.. it literally looks like a bullet hole just above the handle on the left. Imagine my surprise when I walked up it seen the keys hanging in the door and what looked like to be a bullet hole in the glass.It was after the scheduled opening time and I had to hang out. I started to get lost and forget what I have seen. But I was determined to take care of my issue with boost until they opened. The young lady working was very friendly and professional and she handled my issues very well. She really didn't know why the door had not been fixed already. I don't know how the door got that way but a combination of homeless people and it looked to be sick and suffering addicts, along with the trash and what appears to be a bullet hole is a little bit sketchy.At one time the area looked to be a very beautiful walk but I'm not too sure anymore about that. Anyway in my opinion I will do everything I can to avoid that area and never go back. I will find a better boost location. Boost would be better off just leaving the area if it's going to be that way.
