No integrity!
Pick a different store!
The owner sold me the wrong case.
The female employee who was working refused to be any help. I asked for contact information for the owner and she refused, I asked when the owner works again I was told maybe Monday or Tuesday. I asked the employee if she could call the owner since it was his mistake, she said he's in a conference. I said sounds like you made that up. She then said I'm not helping you get out. She was very rude and was ZERO help at all. Then she SLAMMED the door on my 14 years back. Very unprofessional. The owner made the mistake, and now I'm out $20. The "policy" is not refund or return on accessories, well WHAT'S the policy when you're sold the wrong accessory???

Was told I could switch to a cheaper phone plan through the app, found out I was sold the wrong phone for this option and when contacting customer support I was notified that while the stores offer the promotion, they do not have the proper phone or sim card in stock. Also customer support is complete garbage would not recommend this phone company to someone I hated has been nothing but aggravation.

would give a 0 if I could. Has an Amazon locker and their app doesn't work. Makes me wait several minutes. This has happened 4 times now.

I has had so much difficulty setting up my new boost phone by myself it's been incredible I don't understand why the text that sit in the boost Mobile stores I'm not talking about the kiosk I'ma talking about the stores can't help me activate a new phone that I get from boost I just don't understand why I have to do all the running around and all that stuff and wait for you guys to activate it when I have to do steps 1 through 9 and you have to do step 10 it just doesn't make sense and it's not good for prosperity as word-of-mouth is what keeps you going and you wouldn't want that word of mouth to come out. Your employees in your stores are far less than helpful. Phone still not activated

Place is really rude, they like to really try an charge someone for a phone that is lost in transit, for a bill that hasn't been used once this month. Ontop of that they're old, like smh.
