I was there about 15 minutes for a new ATM card. The fraud detection team froze me account because someone got my card information.

Terrible place to work with takes longer for electronic transfers than it does to drive and hand deliver checks constantly waiting for money that vendors all say they sent days b4. we live in a digital world of instant e transfers and this place takes a week to get u your money? They. Blame everyone else and everyone else blames them! All I know is I've never had any other bank take this long to do things. Time to change institutions! Stay Away!

Terrible experiences so far. Everybody is very rude aside from a nice drive thru teller. A teller; a older lady with dark short hair gave me a really bad feeling when I came in to get a print out for direct deposit. I recently made baycoast my bank of choice but I am regretting my decision, They treat me as if I am I criminal off the streets and the asistent manager is very rude as well.

Wonderful experience. Richard was very informative and helpful in assisting what the best option would be or us. Branch manager was also very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend.

I would give a 0 if I could..... Terrible experience, I wanted to open an account and left, only 2 people assisting costumers, the girls that assist me her tag said she was the costumer service supervisor, TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM HER.... what a supervisor, super bad attitude, didn't want to work or something, i mean super super superrrr bad attitude... Omg never again..

Can you believe i was asked for ID just to change a $20 bill and was told that its policy for all those who don't have an account just in case the BILL WAS FAKE....LOL Umm,last i checked banks carry those pens that can determine a real or fake bill. I sent my girl in to make change for a $20 the next day(she has no account either) and she wasn't asked for ID(she is white)...WHAT HAPPEN TO POLICY
