We purchased a car and we couldn't be more satisfied with the service there. It was an older car so it had a few issues and he had all the problems fixed and said if we had any more problems to just bring it in. He said he wants to make sure his customers are happy and safe.

Me and my husband went to his new location on bedford st to buy a car. However the car lasted 2 weeks and died leaving my husband on the Highway stranded. My husband calmly notified him of the situation, and instead of opolizing and offering to make things better he than gave us a problem about refunding our money over a receipt, i had to say i was gonna call a cop and thats when he finally gace the check. And to top it all off tells my husband hes gonna have to pay 200 to return it when the car wasnt even registerd yet. Very unprofessional ppl. Just dont waist ur time with these ppl

I went there 3 times in the past 2 weeks to get an inspection. The owner comes up with every excuse in the book as to why he isn't there. I, instead went to Bayside Automotive in Fall River, 3 miles away and got serviced immediately. The woman who did the inspection was very nice, super clean and professional. Pretty too. I would recommend going there instead of this guy. Barbour's cars look like they are in terrible condition, in line with what everyone else here is saying about the broken cars he's trying to sell to the public. Do yourself a favor. Go to Bayside Automotive.
